Sam La More is an artist, record producer, remixer and DJ. He has been a leading proponent of the electro-house scene in Australia, London and Hollywood since 2002. Sam new single “I Wish it Could Last” ft. Nick Littlemore (Empire of the Sun and Pnau) is a top 5 ARIA club hit. It is featured on the Ministry of Sound Annual 2010 and Sam’s own Clubber’s Guide to Spring 2009 for which he toured Australia and New Zealand. In the studio, Sam has written, produced and mixed hits including the “PNAU” album, the platinum Potbelleez single “Don’t Hold Back”, number 1s for Gwen Stefani “What You Waiting For?” and Robbie Williams “Radio”, songs with Nelly Furtado, Black Eyed Peas, Pussycat Dolls, P. Diddy, Kelis, E.S.G., Beni, Nellee Hooper and many more.
Sam’s remixes have a large and loyal following including his multiple number 1 ARIA club chart hits for Empire of The Sun, Sneaky Sound System, Lovers Electric, Kaskade, Pnau, The Freestylers, Princess Superstar and Arthur Baker, Gus Gus and many more. Sam is also well known for his Tonite Only project with Groove Terminator. They were instrumental in shaping the electro house scene with hits “DANGER (The Bomb)” and “Where The Party’s At”. Their huge remixes of “Pictures” for Sneaky Sound System and “All this Love” for The Similou were released internationally, dominating the number 1 spot in the ARIA club charts for an unprecedented 6 months. After 7 years of touring everywhere from Sydney to Beirut, London to Ibiza and Hollywood to Miami, Sam’s Live / DJ shows are legendary. He plays his electro-house style at the biggest clubs and festivals. Performing as Sam La More, Tonite Only and PNAU to crowds in excess of 12,000 people (Big Day Out, BBC Radio 1 Miami WMC, Underwater, stereosonic and Good Vibrations Festivals etc) alongside David Guetta, Fatboy Slim, Chemical Brothers, Sidney Samson and Darren Emerson among others.
Sam is celebrating his collaboration with Wine of Design (http://www.wineofdesign.com). Alongside Matt Moran (Aria), Sass and Bide, Nick Littlemore, Material By Product and Anthony Lister, Sam was selected to design a 50 bottles for the 2007 Coldstream Hills Reserve Chardonnay with all proceeds going to the Make Poverty History organisation.
